We strive to provide a safe, secure user experience. This Privacy Statement sets forth the online data collection and usage policies and practices that apply to "Our Websites", and does not apply to information we collect in any other fashion.

You ("You" or "the Affiliate" or "Affiliates") and your data will be stored and processed in whole or in part in the United States. The information we gather from you on "Our Websites" may be used in the future to contact you about offers we feel you would receive benefit from. You will not receive unrelated unsolicited email (known as "Spam"). Your contact information will be held in full confidentiality and will not be sold to other companies. Zero Tolerance Anti-Spam Policy

If you see someone spamming anything related to "Our Websites" immediately notify Admin@AffiliateInstantCashFlow.com with the material spammed and the website the violation occured on, and if deemed by a customer service representative to be a legitimate complaint, it will be logged and action will be taken in the form of a warning to the affiliate. After receiving a second complaint, that affiliate will be promptly banned.

As an affiliate, partner, or with any relation to "Our Websites" or Affiliate Instant Cash FlowYou may NOT:

Send email to people who have not specifically requested that information from you.
Post irrelevant links to your website in discussion forums, newsgroups or classifieds sites like Craigslist.
Use email lists that you purchased, rented, leased, or in any way bought from a third party.
This includes email addresses that you purchased via coregistration.
Send unsolicited email through a third party in order to try to get people to order through your affiliate link or Send unsolicited email to visit "The Websites" in any way for any reason
Make any outrageous or impossible to meet claims such as promising services that are not available through You nor The Websites
Make any claims as to the earnings that can be make or specific results that can be had after using any programs available on The Websites

In addition, there are certain absolutely prohibited activies:

Affiliates must not promise prospects and customers unattainable benefits in return for ordering a program from Our Websites through or not through their affiliate link
Affiliates must not send unsolicited emails and must comply with CAN-SPAM.
Affiliates must not purchase any products from The Websites using Affiliate's own affiliate link
Affiliates must not bid on PPC or other advertising terms or names that are our trademarked terms or names outlined in this Agreement including Josiah Jones, Affiliate Instant Cash Flow, Super-Free Profits, and any misspellings or variations of our terms or names.
Affiliates must not publish or link to "Our Websites" from adult, gambling or offensive websites.
Clickbank affiliates must abide by Clickbank.com's terms of use, available at http://www.clickbank.com/terms.html
Click2sell affiliates must abibe by Click2sell's terms of use, avaiable at http://www.click2sell.eu/terms_and_conditions_aff.jsp
Affiliates must not register and/or use domains with the wording "Josiah Jones" or any similar term contained within such domains.
Affiliates must not disparage or misrepresent Our Websites in anyway, in particular using words like "scam" or "rip-off" or "con-artist".
Affiliates must not bid on or otherwise attempt to acquire any rights in any of Our Websites copyrights, service-marks or trademarks.
Affiliates must not promote Our Websites on any sites with inappropriate, illegal, unethical, pirated, or fraudulent content.
Affiliate must accept the terms of this Agreement by clicking the checkbox "I Accept" at the end of this agreement or on the affiliate signup page before creating an account that enables Affiliate to participate in the Affiliate Program.
Affiliate is deemed to have accepted the terms of this Agreement by creating an account that enables Affiliate to participate in the Affiliate Program.
Affiliates must not lie, deceive, manipulate, or otherwise defraud prospects and customers out of their money in ANY WAY AT ALL.

What is Spam?

Spam is unsolicited email also known as UCE (Unsolicited Commercial Email), unsolicited newsgroup or other website posts, or unsolicited Instant Messenger advertisements. Under no circumstances may you send unsolicited emails, newsgroup or other website posts, or Instant Message advertisements.

By sending email to only to those who have requested to receive it, you are following accepted permission-based email guidelines. Additionally, you may only post targeted advertisements on websites where you are providing quality content relevant to that site and where it is not specifically prohibited, and it may not be excessive.

What constitutes a Pre-existing business relationship?

The recipient of your email has made a purchase, requested information, responded to a questionnaire or a survey, or had offline contact with you.

What constitutes consent?

The recipient of your email has been clearly and fully notified of the collection and use of his email address and has consented prior to such collection and use. This is often called informed consent.

Isn't there a law against sending Spam?

The federal anti-spam law went into effect on January 1st, 2004 and preempts all state laws. While this new law will not stop spam, it does make most spam illegal and ultimately less attractive to spammers. The law is specific about requirements to send commercial email and empowers the federal government to enforce the law. The penalties can include a fine and/or imprisonment for up to 5 years.

How to protect yourself from sending spam

All emails send must be permission-based and follows the strictest permission-based philosophies:

Communication - Your email list registration page should state why you are collecting the site visitor's email address, how you plan to use their address, and that you are following the embedded privacy policy.
Verification - You must send out to all of your new contacts an email confirming their interest in receiving emails from you. Additionally, if your contact changes his or her interests or unsubscribes, you must immediate comply with this request.
Unsubscribe - Every email sent by you must contain an unsubscribe link — it can NOT simply instruct the email reader to respond to the email to be removed from the list. An actual link to a database where the unsubscription will be logged must be contained in the email. This allows your contacts to opt-out of future emails and should automatically updates your contact lists (although manual updating is allowed) to avoid the chance of sending unwanted emails to visitors who have unsubscribed. Once a contact has unsubscribed, you may NOT email him/her again in the future for any reason.
Identification - Your email header information should be correct and never be forced or "spoofed". Your email's "From" address should be accurately identify you as the sender.
Contact Information - all of your emails must contain your contact information including your physical address.
